Wer sagt, Man kann nicht alles haben - Who's to say that a man can't
have everything? (2003)
This short documentary I consider to be 'ethnographic notes' I filmed in
the village of Dubocani, Eastern Serbia in 2002. It shows a celebration
of baptizing of a little girl, with a special focus on the use of new
media. Namely, the celebration was filmed by three TV cameras
simultaneously, edited in real time and projected back on the screen
during the celebration. This way, all people present were able to follow
a direct broadcasting of an event they were participating in.
